    Food and Meal Programs

    Food Banks

    SHARE Family & Community Services Society provides food hampers for individuals and families in need who live in the Tri-Cities.  Food hampers are distributed at three locations every Wednesday:

    2615 Clarke St. Port Moody (rear of building)
    Wednesday, 11:30 am - 2 pm

    2211 Prairie Ave. - Port Coquitlam
    Trinity United/.St. Catherine's Anglican Church
    Wednesday, 12 noon - 2 pm

    535 Marmont St., Coquitlam
    Como Lake United Church
    Wednesday, 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 pm

    Clients may attend once per every 2 weeks.

    Northside Foursquare Church - Grace campus:
    2606 Kingsway Avenue , Port Coquitlam
    Tuesdays and Saturdays, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

    1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.  Noon - 1:00 PM

    Meal Programs

    Trinity United Church
    2211 Prairie Ave. Port Coquitlam
    Soup Kitchen – every Wednesday, 12 noon – 2 PM
    Provided by the congregations of St Catherine's Anglican Church, Soojung Presbyterian Church and the Buddhist faith community.

    A Warm Place for Women
    A monthly social evening for women in need, hosted by Soroptimist International of the Tri-Cities at 2 locations in the Tri-Cities.  Women in need are invited to enjoy:
    - A hot meal
    - Beverages
    - Dessert
    - Friendly faces
    - Clothes
    - Shoes/boots
    - Care packages
    - Assistance (if requested - e.g. referrals for support services, resume writing, etc.)

    On different evenings there may be activities like crafts, medical practitioners, beauty providers and more.

    Time: 6pm to 8pm. Dinner served at 6:15 pm
    Children are welcome to attend.
    Note: A Warm Place for Women is a drug and alcohol-free event.

    Locations:
    Kinsman Centre, Aggie Park (Shaughnessy and Lougheed) in Port Coquitlam.
    1st Thursday of every month.
    Coquitlam Legion, 1025 Ridgeway Ave., Coquitlam.
    3rd Thursday of every month.
